Our Philosophy
We believe that better ingredients make for a better dish. In keeping with our policy to be environmentally aware and responsible, we source our produce primarily from our own farms at which organic farming methods result in not only healthier but tastier produce. Dairy, Fish, Poultry, Beef, Mutton, Pork and Fresh fruit and Vegetables are all sourced internally. Our Kitchen Team have then taken this produce and with utmost respect for the ingredients they use, have added a twist to every dish that is influenced by international trends, but yet remains tasty and natural.

Our “Le Deck” Bar is located on a wooden deck that appears to float above a water feature. The restaurant is nestled within a serene green courtyard and with the backdrop of running water is the ideal break away from the busy buz of the city.
The “Le Deck” menu offers a wide menu with meal options ranging from our signature sandwich to our burgers made with our special patty or our select from our “Mains” menu for a filling lunch or dinner dish.
